JOB DESCRIPTION

• To  promote and sell simple insurance products, aided by leads from other bank staff and customer database
• To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
• To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
• Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities
• To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

Job Requirements

• A recognized degree or Diploma qualification with minimum CGPA  of 2.75.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English or other local languages is a bonus
• Highly sales driven and can work independently
• Excellent  communication and relationship management skills
• Willing and able to travel to other branches
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Good team player
• 10 Contract position(s) available.
